About Finchley Studios
Finchley Studios is a fast-growing media and production company with more than a decade of experience across film, video, broadcasting and digital content. Our facilities include a high-ceiling Warehouse Production Stage, multiple premium podcast environments, a white infinity cove, green screen and blackout studios.
We work closely with production companies, agencies, brands and corporate teams, providing professional and flexible spaces for high-quality content creation.
We are now entering a major growth phase. As part of this expansion, we are building a stronger social media and content presence to position Finchley Studios as one of London’s most visible, trusted and in-demand production environments.
For many of our clients, LinkedIn and Instagram are where they validate their decision before making contact. This role is therefore central to how our brand is perceived, how we build authority and how we generate new enquiries.
Job Location
This is an in-house, in-person role based at Finchley Studios in London. Candidates must be able to work onsite as part of our production environment.
The position is offered as a freelance, part-time role, three days per week, with the potential to become full-time within 3–6 months based on performance, business needs and results.
The full-time equivalent compensation for this role is £30,624.59 per year. While the role is part-time, compensation will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
The Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Growth Manager who can turn the daily activity inside our studios into a strong content presence that builds trust, credibility, authority and inbound enquiries.
This is not a typical social media role.
Our studios host professional productions every day. Your role will be to capture this activity and present it in a way that makes Finchley Studios feel active, premium, trusted and consistently in demand.
LinkedIn will be the primary platform, supported by Instagram. The role will combine content creation, short-form video, B2B storytelling, behind-the-scenes coverage, authority-building posts and light outreach support.
You will be responsible for ensuring that anyone researching Finchley Studios immediately sees a high standard of production quality, real client activity and a professional environment that supports confident booking decisions.
Responsibilities
You will plan and execute a consistent LinkedIn and Instagram content strategy aligned with business goals.
You will capture behind-the-scenes activity, studio setups, client projects, production workflows, lighting setups, transformations and team activity.
You will produce a steady stream of high-quality LinkedIn posts, Instagram Reels, carousels, Stories, case studies and proof-based content that reflects a premium B2B brand.
A key part of the role is supporting conversion. Your content should help website visitors, agency producers, marketing directors, founders, brands and corporate teams feel confident choosing Finchley Studios.
You will create content that supports sales conversations, shortens the sales cycle and helps generate inbound enquiries.
You will support LinkedIn engagement and outreach activity, including commenting, connection activity, follow-ups and helping create conversations with agencies, brands and production companies.
You will work closely with the production team and leadership to ensure that messaging and positioning remain consistent.
You will maintain an organised content library and provide simple weekly and monthly performance reports, focusing on engagement quality, profile visits, enquiries, leads and business impact rather than vanity metrics.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will:
Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
Work with the in-house production team to plan and coordinate weekly behind-the-scenes content, then manage how it is edited, captioned, scheduled and published across social media.
Create LinkedIn posts, Instagram Reels, carousels, Stories, case studies and BTS walkthroughs.
Turn real client work into visual proof, case studies and authority content.
Write concise, B2B-focused captions, hooks and post copy.
Capture studio activity, setups, client shoots and team workflows.
Create content that attracts agencies, brands, production companies and corporate content teams.
Support LinkedIn engagement and light outreach activity.
Track performance and continuously improve messaging based on results.
Maintain an organised archive of content assets.
Who This Role Is For
This position is suited to someone who understands that social media is not just about posting content. It is about trust, visibility, authority and lead generation.
You should understand that LinkedIn is a business development platform and Instagram is a visual credibility platform.
You should enjoy working in a live production environment and be confident capturing real moments quickly and professionally.
You will be proactive, organised and comfortable working independently. Most importantly, you will think in terms of business impact, helping the platforms support enquiries, trust and studio utilisation.
Skills and Experience
Applicants should have at least two years of experience in content creation, social media management or B2B marketing.
Experience creating or growing LinkedIn content for B2B brands is highly desirable.
A strong Instagram, LinkedIn or content portfolio is required.
You must be able to produce content that reflects a premium commercial brand.
Strong copywriting skills for professional audiences are important.
You should understand B2B marketing, buyer journeys and how content can support enquiries and sales conversations.
Excellent written and spoken English is required.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workflow onsite are essential.
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
Why Join Finchley Studios
This role offers the opportunity to help build one of London’s most visible and trusted studio brands.
You will be working inside a busy production environment with constant access to high-quality content opportunities.
You will have creative freedom, direct collaboration with founders and leadership, and the chance to see a clear connection between your work and real business growth.
Your Impact
Your work will contribute directly to increased inbound enquiries, stronger brand authority, improved website conversion, shorter sales cycles and higher studio utilisation.
This position plays an important role in Finchley’s next phase of growth.
