Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and reliable Chauffeur Driver to provide exceptional transportation services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of safe driving practices, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle various vehicle types. This role offers an opportunity to represent our organisation with professionalism while ensuring passengers or goods are transported efficiently and securely.

Duties

Safely operate company vehicles, including luxury cars, vans, in accordance with traffic laws and company policies
Transport clients or goods to designated locations punctually and securely
Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle, including checking tyre pressure, oil levels, and overall condition
Plan routes effectively to optimise travel time and efficiency
Communicate clearly with clients or dispatch teams regarding schedules, delays, or route changes
Keep accurate records of journeys, mileage, and vehicle maintenance logs
Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service at all times

Skills

Valid UK driver’s licence with a clean driving record
Proven experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver
Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for loading or unloading cargo
Strong communication skills to interact courteously with clients and team members
Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations
Basic vehicle maintenance skills for routine checks and minor repairs
Organised with the ability to plan routes efficiently under time constraints
Reliable, punctual, and attentive to safety protocols at all times

Pay: £13.88 per hour
