Complete Inspection Surveyors is looking for a professional and organised individual to join our Sales Support and Administration team. Working closely with our surveyors and valuers, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business and helping to drive our continued growth.
We are a small, independent practice of RICS-regulated building surveyors and valuers based in Witney, Oxfordshire. We specialise in providing high-quality pre-purchase surveys and valuation reports for private clients, with a strong reputation for professionalism, accuracy, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
(Client & Administrative Support)
- Assist the Office Manager with handling the high volume of client enquiries at the start of the day (1 hour in the morning)
- Respond to potential clients quickly and efficiently to ensure no opportunities are missed
- Daily Administrative tasks, including phone and email.
- Provide cover for the Office Manager during holidays or absences, ensuring continuity in enquiry handling.
- Provide regular updates on referral performance and business development activity
- Managing surveyors’ diaries
Requirements and Skills
- Passion for growth, desire to learn and willing to develop within the company

- Adaptable
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in person and on the phone
- Full, clean UK driving licence
Experience
- Diary management: 2 years (required)
- Previous sales experience in real estate (5 years minimum)
- Ideally, had been in a similar role but most likely with an estate agent or housing association
- Ideally working on a relationship basis with business to business before
Salary
- £25,000 - £30,000 P.A (Based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week), 8.30am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break)
Ability to commute/relocate: Witney Office-based with flexibility to work from home following probation period
