RL Trades Recruitment is proud to partner with a long‑established, highly respected home‑improvement specialist based in Milton Keynes. With over a decade of delivering exceptional workmanship and customer care, this forward‑thinking company is expanding its team and looking for a skilled Roofer/Fitter with strong experience in fascia, soffit, guttering, and cladding installations.

The Role

You’ll work across a mix of domestic homes and commercial sites, carrying out high‑standard installations and replacements. From small residential upgrades to larger commercial projects, you’ll be trusted to deliver neat, secure, weatherproof results every time.

Key Responsibilities

Remove and replace old fascias, soffits, guttering, and cladding where required
Install new systems to a consistently high standard
Ensure all installations are weatherproof, secure, and neatly finished
Work respectfully and professionally in customers’ homes and on commercial sites
Operate safely at height using ladders, towers, and appropriate safety equipment
Maintain excellent health & safety practices at all times
Meet commercial site requirements, including CSCS compliance

What You’ll Need

Proven experience fitting fascias, soffits, guttering, and cladding
CSCS card (essential for commercial work)
Your own van and tools
Confidence working at height
A professional, customer‑focused approach
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to manage your own workload

Working Hours & Location

Monday to Friday, typically starting between 8:00–8:30am
Occasional weekend work when required
Local projects within 30 miles of MK3 6DP
Mix of domestic and commercial sites
