Self-Employed Nail Technician – Luxury Salon

The Beauty Base is an established luxury hair and beauty salon committed to delivering exceptional treatments and outstanding customer service in a welcoming, professional environment. We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated Self-Employed Nail Technician to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nail technician to grow their own business within a thriving luxury salon. You’ll benefit from working in a beautiful, professional environment with the flexibility and independence of being self-employed.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, delivers a five-star client experience, and is committed to building long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Deliver professional manicure and pedicure treatments to the highest standard.
Specialise in BIAB, gel polish, gel extensions, and nail art (where applicable).
Carry out thorough client consultations and recommend suitable treatments.
Maintain exceptional hygiene and infection control standards.
Keep your workspace clean, organised, and fully stocked.
Promote retail products and provide professional aftercare advice.
Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service.
Manage your own appointments and diary efficiently.
Work collaboratively with the wider salon team to create a seamless luxury experience.
Stay up to date with current nail trends, techniques, and industry developments.

What We’re Looking For

Fully qualified and insured Nail Technician.
Strong experience with BIAB and gel systems is essential.
A portfolio showcasing high-quality work.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for perfection.
Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own business.
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
