Join the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) and play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality HR services across Scotland.

We are looking for an organised, customer-focused HR Administrator to join our HR Administration Team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an accurate and professional service.

As part of a team of HR Administrators, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle, helping ensure the smooth delivery of HR services throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing employee lifecycle administration, including contract changes and HR records

Supporting absence management processes and leave administration
Responding to HR, policy and pay-related queries
Carrying out payroll administration checks and payslip verification
Maintaining confidential employee information in line with data protection requirements
Supporting HR reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Experience in an HR administration role within a customer-focused environment
Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, including absence management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
A professional and discreet approach to handling confidential information
A collaborative mindset and commitment to supporting team success
