We’re looking for an experienced Mechanic / Tyre Fitter to join the team at Will Ellerby Tyres. We’re a small, family-run business with a great team and a loyal customer base. We specialise in agricultural and heavy plant with a Spilsby workshop for domestic vehicles. Many of our staff have been with us for years, and we’re looking for the right person to become part of that team.
The role will include:
- Diagnostics
- Vehicle servicing
- Tyre fitting and repairs
- General mechanical repairs
- Suspension work
- Brakes
- Wheel alignment
There may be chance for the right person to take on occasional agricultural jobs if wished, but this role will be workshop/car based.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Can work well on their own initiative
- Takes pride in their work
- Communicates well with customers and colleagues
- Is reliable, hardworking and willing to get stuck in
- Has a good sense of humour (essential in our workshop! )

Pay: £24,420.00-£39,127.60 per year
