Full job description

RSR Technologies Ltd operates in the Information Technology (IT) consultancy sector, specialising in cloud transformation, digital workplace solutions, IT infrastructure optimisation, business process improvement, and technology implementation services.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design engaging, responsive, and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, web design trends, and front-end technologies to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design website layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools.
Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all web assets.
Optimize website designs for usability, accessibility, and performance.
Update and maintain existing websites.
Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
Stay current with web design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
Experience with design systems and component libraries.
Strong visual design, typography, and color theory skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in web design (or as required).
Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
Basic understanding of version control tools such as Git.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
