Intouch Tech is a fast-growing Managed Service Provider and Cyber Security provider, delivering IT, cyber security and connectivity solutions to more than 600 organisations across the UK.
We are now hiring an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across our cyber security, managed IT and connectivity services.
This is a senior, high-performance sales role for someone with proven experience in cyber security sales within an MSP or MSSP environment. You must be confident generating your own pipeline, cold calling decision makers and closing new business.
This is not a graduate or entry-level role. We are looking for a commercially driven salesperson who can create opportunities, manage a full sales cycle and deliver revenue.
The Role
Your focus will be to generate, manage and close new business opportunities across our IT, cyber security and connectivity solutions.
You will be responsible for identifying target accounts, engaging senior decision makers, booking meetings, running discovery calls, presenting solutions and closing new business.
You will work closely with the leadership team but will be expected to operate with independence, discipline and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Cold calling and outbound prospecting into target markets
Generating new business opportunities across cyber security, MSP and MSSP services
Building and managing your own sales pipeline
Booking meetings with business owners, IT leaders and senior decision makers
Running discovery calls and sales meetings
Presenting Intouch Tech’s cyber security, IT support and connectivity solutions
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
Following up marketing leads and inbound enquiries
Using LinkedIn, email and phone outreach to create opportunities
Attending networking and industry events where appropriate
Managing activity, pipeline and opportunities within HubSpot CRM
Working with technical teams to shape solutions and proposals
Achieving agreed revenue, meeting and activity targets

You will be expected to:
Generate consistent qualified meetings through outbound activity
Maintain strong cold calling and prospecting activity

Close new business across cyber security, MSP and MSSP services
Contribute directly to company revenue growth

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an experienced BDM or senior sales professional with a strong background in technology sales.
You must have:
Proven B2B sales experience
Cyber security sales experience
Experience working within or selling into an MSP or MSSP environment
Extensive cold calling and outbound prospecting experience
A strong track record of generating and closing new business
Experience managing a full sales cycle
Strong commercial awareness
Confidence speaking with senior decision makers
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisation and CRM discipline

Experience Required
This role requires direct experience in cyber security, MSP or MSSP sales.
You should already understand the value of services such as managed IT support, cyber security, endpoint protection, backup, connectivity, compliance, security monitoring or related managed services.
You do not need to be deeply technical, but you must be credible when discussing cyber security and managed service challenges with business decision makers.
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary of £45,000 – £55,000, depending on experience
