We are looking for a commercially minded SEO & Ecommerce Executive to take ownership of our digital marketing activities, improve the performance of our website and help increase qualified enquiries, showroom visits and online sales.

The Role
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role centred around continuous website optimisation.
Working directly with the business owner, you will use data to identify opportunities, improve customer journeys and increase the performance of our website across both organic and paid channels.
Your role will involve improving how customers discover Cadira, interact with our website and ultimately become enquiries and sales.
You will also coordinate with other staff, ensuring content supports our wider SEO and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Organic Growth
- Own the ongoing optimisation of category pages, landing pages and selected product pages.
- Identify keyword opportunities using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, NeuronWriter, Ubersuggest and competitor analysis.
- Optimise page titles, meta descriptions, headings, FAQs, internal linking and structured content.
- Create new SEO landing pages targeting commercially valuable search terms.
- Develop buying guides, blog articles and supporting content to strengthen topical authority.
- Monitor keyword rankings and identify opportunities to improve organic visibility.
- Stay informed about AI search developments and emerging SEO best practice.
Website Optimisation & Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
- Improve calls-to-action, enquiry forms, brochure downloads, sample requests and showroom appointment journeys.
- Work with management to test new landing pages, layouts and website improvements.
- Monitor user behaviour and identify friction points within the customer journey.
- Recommend practical UX improvements that improve engagement and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting
- Review Google Search Console and Google Analytics weekly.
- Produce monthly reports covering traffic, rankings, enquiries, conversions and website performance.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
- Measure the success of marketing campaigns and recommend future improvements.
- Use data to prioritise digital marketing activity rather than relying on assumptions.
Paid Digital Marketing (PPC)
- Assist in planning and managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta and Pinterest.
- Monitor campaign performance including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates.
- Work alongside external PPC specialists where appropriate.
- Improve campaign landing pages and Quality Scores through better content and UX.
- Support remarketing campaigns aimed at previous website visitors and existing leads.
- Recommend budget allocation based on commercial performance.
Email Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop email campaigns that nurture enquiries and support customer retention.
- Improve lead generation through brochure downloads, sample requests and showroom bookings.
- Segment audiences and create automated customer journeys where appropriate.
- Measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Content Management
- Produce and publish high-quality written content for category pages, landing pages, blogs and buying guides.
- Coordinate freelance photographers, videographers and designers to ensure content aligns with marketing objectives.
- Manage website assets and ensure consistency across all digital channels.
- Repurpose content across email marketing and social media.
AI & Digital Innovation
- Use AI tools to improve productivity across SEO, content creation, image editing, workflow automation and research.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes through AI.
- Evaluate emerging technologies that could improve business performance.
Social Media
You will help to plan, schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn using professionally produced content and existing marketing assets.
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Experience working within digital marketing, ecommerce or SEO.
- Good understanding of on-page SEO and website optimisation.
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Experience using SEO platforms such as NeuronWriter, Semrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience managing website content through a CMS.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in improving business performance.
Desirable
- Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads or Microsoft Ads.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and UX principles.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity software.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Experience using email marketing platforms.
- Interest in interiors, furniture or design-led products.
