Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm)

As our business expands, we're looking for an organised and proactive Operations Support Coordinator to join our Operations Team and help deliver a wide range of exciting construction projects and prestigious equestrian events.
The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced position that plays a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination and successful delivery of projects across the business.
Working closely with the Operations Director, General Manager and Directors, you will coordinate resources, manage project administration, support site teams and ensure projects run efficiently from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Coordinate labour, plant and materials to support project delivery.
- Manage the company vehicle fleet, including servicing, maintenance and compliance.
- Create and maintain organised project files.
- Prepare comprehensive job packs for site teams.
- Monitor project progress and support the team in resolving issues to ensure successful delivery.
- Assist in preparing Health & Safety documentation.
- Process and record project orders accurately.
- Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and company transport.
- Obtain supplier quotations and negotiate competitive pricing.
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, scanning and document preparation.
- Undertake any additional duties appropriate to the role.
Communication & Administration
- Manage and respond to relevant company emails, escalating or delegating where appropriate.
- Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with site teams and office staff to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Report project issues promptly to management.
- Maintain excellent supplier relationships and support effective procurement processes.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in an administration, operations support or project coordination role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
Desirable
- Experience within construction, civil engineering or a related industry.
- Knowledge of haulage, logistics or shipping.
- Experience with Health & Safety documentation and compliance.
- Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
(Training will be provided on our specialist software and internal systems.)
