Job Overview
We are looking for a flexible part-time delivery driver, who will be the face of our business when making floral deliveries in the local area.
This position offers flexible hours suitable for those seeking part-time work with a focus on customer satisfaction; delivering floral arrangements and related products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will require excellent driving skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to handle deliveries efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring that our arrangements arrive in perfect condition are delivered on time with a courteous & friendly manner.
- Plan and follow assigned delivery routes in an efficient manner.
- Carefully load and unload floral arrangements and gift items, ensuring they are handled with care and secured in transit to prevent damage.
- Work closely with our in-store team to pick up the correct orders, verify items, and confirm delivery notes.
- Ensure timely deliveries and communicate any delays or issues to the management.
- Courteous and professional manor when delivery instructions are followed. “Every delivery is special”.
- Perform & record daily vehicle checks, reporting any maintenance issues.
- Maintaining cleanliness & tidiness of delivery vehicle.
- Occasionally assist with on-site support and stock movement (e.g., assisting with loading/unloading of floral stock when required).
- Assist & support with ad-hoc on site activities as and when required.
- Adhere to company procedures relating to all aspects of the role health & safety, road safety and handling of delicate floral products.
Person Specification / Requirements
- Valid full UK driving licence (with clean or acceptable driving history).
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and polite customer-facing manner.
- Physically capable of loading/unloading floral boxes, lifting to a reasonable weight, standing, bending and walking for periods.
- Good organisational skills — able to manage multiple deliveries in a timely manner.
- Attention to detail: ensuring orders match the delivery items and special instructions are followed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the team during busy times.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including some early starts, weekends or evenings during peak periods (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day).
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
