As our Conference & Events Coordinator you’ll be the architect of flawless guest experiences, working in a supportive environment within a globally recognised hospitality group. What you’ll do

Plan, coordinate and deliver conferences, weddings and events from initial enquiry through to flawless execution.
Build strong client relationships and create tailored event proposals that exceed expectations.
Manage logistics: venue setup, catering coordination, AV/technical requirements and on-the-day operations.
Work with suppliers, internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient delivery.
Maintain accurate event documentation, budgets and post-event feedback for continuous improvement.
Identify and promote upsell opportunities to boost revenue and enhance guest experiences.
Ensure every event meets health, safety and licensing standards.
Support marketing initiatives to promote events and drive bookings.

Who we’re looking for

Proven experience in events, meetings or hospitality coordination.
Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to prioritise under pressure.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and client-management skills.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Experience with guest services and front-of-house operations.
Familiarity with event management software is desirable.
A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.
