The Practice

Modern, fully digital dental practice

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and provide an exceptional first impression
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently
Handle patient enquiries by phone, email, and in person
Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks
Support patients throughout their journey, ensuring comfort and satisfaction
Liaise with clinicians and dental nurses to coordinate smooth clinic operations
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements

Previous experience in dental reception or customer-facing roles preferred
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident using dental software (experience with Dentally is a plus)
Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
Passionate about delivering a positive patient experience
