Full job description

Remote Property Manager

Location: Remote, with occasional visits if required
Hours: 10-12 hours per week, flexible over 3–4 days
Pay: £16–£18 per hour, depending on experience
Job Type: Part-time, self-employed

We are looking for an organised and experienced Property Manager to help manage the day-to-day administration of a small property portfolio.

This is a remote, flexible role supporting tenant communication, contractor co-ordination, maintenance follow-up, compliance paperwork, invoices and property records.

The role would suit someone with previous experience in property management, lettings, maintenance co-ordination or landlord administration.

Main Duties

· Responding to tenant queries and maintenance requests.

· Arranging contractors and following up works.

· Chasing quotes, invoices, certificates and updates.

· Keeping property records and compliance documents organised.

· Tracking gas safety, EICR, EPC and other property certificates.

· Helping with check-ins, check-outs and inspection admin.

· Updating property spreadsheets and task lists.

· Providing a weekly update on outstanding issues and completed tasks.

What We’re Looking For

· Previous property management, lettings or landlord admin experience.

· Strong organisation and attention to detail.

· Confident phone and email manner.

· Able to chase contractors and tenants politely but firmly.

· Good spreadsheet and general IT skills.

· Reliable, proactive and able to work independently.

This role is remote, but the person must be responsive, practical and able to keep tasks moving without constant supervision.

Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Canterbury CT4
