Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to work closely with Head of Property Management and the wider Lettings team. Working as part of a team of 7 in our lettings department, the ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and will have already gained a strong working knowledge of property management and be up to date with the recent changes in the legislation.

Duties

Manage properties in portfolio - collectively
Organise maintenance works, liaising with landlords, contractors and tenants
Ensuring all properties are compliant with relevant legislature and safety certificates
Book and carry out routine property inspections, reporting back to landlords and tenants once complete
Obtain and coordinate quotes with contractors, obtain approval and organise for works to take place, these can be complex depending to the work involved.
Call handling, query resolution and supporting the wider team with adhoc appointments where needed.

Requirements

Clear and professional telephone manner along with exceptional administrative skills are a must, with the ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively.

Solutions orientated individuals with the ability to pick up new skills and IT software with ease, this is imperative in being able to record and report feedback effectively.

Candidates will be required to work Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30 pm and Saturday's (ON A ROTA) ending mid afternoon and taken as a full day off in lieu the following week. Therefore you will only ever be working a 5 day week.

Starting salary from £23,500 basic plus monthly commission. In addition to this we also operative and offer incentives for offering additional value add products to Landlords and for this individuals are awarded.

Must have a clean driving licence, access to company pools cars available.

An opportunity to start or continue with professional industry led qualifications.
