JOB PURPOSE:
This role is known for guaranteeing a safe and efficient delivery and collection of vehicles, whilst maintaining cleanliness, safety standards and demonstrating excellent customer service at all times. The role is varied and changing and requires constant vigilance to maintain excellent customer service.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Provide a friendly, welcoming customer experience through deliveries and collections. Ensuring all cars get cleaned as part of our workshop service experience maximising customer loyalty.

DRIVING
Deliver and collect customer vehicles from home or work addresses locally. Collection and deliveries of sales cars up and down the country using our single car flatbed transporter. Handles safety in a driving and operational capacity to ensure customers and colleagues are safe at all times.
- Customer Satisfaction exceed expectation.
- Clean driving licence (no more than 3 points)
- Obeys the Highway code.
QUALITY CONTROL
Identifies and regularly checks the vehicle maintenance of car transporter, loan cars etc.
- Achievement of vehicle cleanliness audit.
- A successful service & quality assessment
AUDIT & COMPLIANCE
On return of loan cars they document any additional damage to ensure the company
- We will regularly audit loan cars on return of use.
CLEANING
Cleans and carries out inspection of vehicles to ensure they leave the location in excellent condition, in order to maximise customer experience and maintain company assets.
- Achievement of vehicle cleanliness audits.
- Peer feedback.
- Customer Satisfaction exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Full Driving License, valid in the UK with no more than 3 points.
- Aged over 25 due to insurance restrictions for driving our commercial vehicles.
- Previous customer service experience desirable.
- Good level of written & verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates a customer service focus within the business

LOCATION
We would like the applicant to live within a 5-10 mile radius of Ely, please do not apply if you are located outside of this area.
HOURS
8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
HOLIDAY
20 Days plus Bank Holidays

Pay: £29,835.00 per year
