- Basic salary of £24,000
- Clear and guaranteed salary growth — £26,000 once probation is passed and £28,000 after your first year with us

Training
All new starters take part in a fully paid one-week training period with our training manager, in which you will get to know the company and how we do things, learn about our products, pick up tips on sales techniques and handling objections, and practice your sales pitch.
