Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Estimator/Order Processor to join our team. This role involves managing sales administration, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Duties
- Prepare accurate estimates using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools
- Process customer orders promptly and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct
- Maintain and update records within CRM software and other databases
- Assist with sales administration tasks, including preparing quotations and invoices using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in person
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders
- Organise schedules and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Support IT systems related to sales and order processing, troubleshooting minor issues as needed
- Maintain organised documentation of all sales activities and correspondence
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales administration or similar administrative roles
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM software & job sepecific software (WindowCAD, EvoSAT, Window Designer etc)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Good computer literacy and IT skills with the ability to adapt to new software tools quickly
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently under pressure
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in window & door estimating / ordering (advantageous)

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
