Full job description

Greetings from Rhythm Kitchen.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader to support our team in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high operational standards.

You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, leading by example, and helping team members provide a positive dining experience for our customers. This role requires someone who can work effectively in a busy environment and support the team during both weekday and weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Supervising and supporting team members to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
Providing guidance, coaching, and support to colleagues to help maintain high performance standards.
Supporting the smooth running of daily operations, including customer service, food service, and front-of-house activities.
Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and compliance standards across the dining and service areas.
Responding to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and appropriately.
Supporting management with the implementation of company procedures and operational standards.
Ensuring compliance with food safety, health and safety, and hygiene requirements.
Working as part of the team, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and completing operational tasks.
Encouraging teamwork and maintaining a positive and respectful working environment.

About you

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience in a team leader, supervisor, or similar role, ideally within hospitality, catering, or food service.
The ability to support and motivate colleagues in a busy working environment.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A commitment to delivering high standards of customer service.
The ability to remain calm and make effective decisions when working under pressure.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training can be provided where required).
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, according to business requirements.
The legal right to work in the UK (verification will be required as part of the recruitment process).
