Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative FREELANCE Project Manager / Creative Director who has experience in Music Production to lead our creative initiatives and oversee project execution from conception to completion.

This role requires a highly organised individual with a keen eye for design, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in a variety of digital design tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a creative project which will be around six months to a year long, guiding design teams, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.

We are looking for people who are experienced, but will equally accept someone with drive and motivation who may not have the experience in this field, we however would like that you are experienced in music production as the role will require an understanding of this.

This strictly a freelance position, which has the capability to shift into a long term position depending on performance.

THE POSITION IS BASED IN LONDON AND NOTTINGHAM INTERCHANGEABLY

Duties

Lead and coordinate a large scale project in an upcoming record label.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Manage and inspire a team of designers, videographers, and content creators to produce innovative visual content.
Develop concepts and visual strategies aligned with brand identity using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
Direct photo shoots and video productions; edit footage using Adobe Premiere and video editing software to create compelling multimedia content.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop engaging digital campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications while meeting deadlines.
Be able to provide music production help, and advice.

Requirements

Proven experience in Music production
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Excellent leadership qualities with experience managing creative teams or projects.
A keen eye for detail with a passion for innovative visual storytelling.
Good understanding of digital marketing strategies and content optimisation techniques.
Ability to communicate effectively across teams and present ideas clearly.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in graphic design, multimedia production or related fields are preferred but not essential.
