Job Summary
*PART TIME STOCKPERSON WANTED* Looking for a new member of the Dunlouise team!
Cattle experience preferred, not essential but enthusiasm is!
Short or long-term considered
Light tractor duties and general maintenance work too.
Flexibility on both sides as required.
Responsibilities
- Varied role- no two days are the same!
- Some cattle work- helping to monitor herd, moving cattle between fields and through handling system
- Seasonal tractor work- mostly during hay and silage season
- General farm maintenance- fence painting, washing cattle courts, strimmering
Qualifications
- Driver's license and own transport required
- Previous experience or knowledge is advantageous but not essential; enthusiasm more important
- Basic understanding of handling cattle advantageous.
- Physical fitness to undertake lifting and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn about equipment repair and routine maintenance tasks.
- Strong work ethic with willingness to learn more important than any skill!
Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
