Job Title: Team Leader
Hours: 39 Hours per week
Location: Pathways North
Salary: £30,511.70 - £32,552.77 per annum
We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Team Leader to support the day-to-day delivery of our Pathway Services.
Working alongside the Pathway Lead and Head of Pathways, you will provide day-to-day leadership to front-line staff, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate support for the people we work with. The role will involve working across services regulated by both the CQC and Ofsted, supporting compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
Lead and supervise staff teams on a daily basis
Ensure care and support plans are delivered effectively
Support compliance with CQC standards, Ofsted requirements, safeguarding, and relevant regulations
Assist with audits, inspections, and quality assurance processes
Support staff performance, training, and development
Participate in the on-call rota as a Bronze Commander
Promote safe medication management practices
Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and partner agencies
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience)
Experience within adult social care and/or children’s residential services
Experience supervising or mentoring staff teams
Strong safeguarding knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Flexible approach to working hours and on-call duties
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
