Full job description

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a dedicated and proactive Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team at our Roche site.

This is a fantastic chance to become part of a growing business where your skills and enthusiasm will be valued and supported.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.00 am to 5.00 pm, Saturday mornings required on a rota basis, paid at time & a half, i.e. 45 hours per week, 1 hour lunch (unpaid).

Salary: Dependent on experience (will be discussed at interview stage).

Key Responsibilities:

To provide excellent service to our technicians in our internal Workshop to support with their KPI’s
Identify parts on computer-based systems
Purchase parts at best price.
Dealing with all returned parts, including Warranty
Receipting parts.
Parts Cross referencing.
Back Order reporting to the Workshop
Back-order chasing with Suppliers
Processing credits.
Checking off stock and accurately put away in correct bin locations when required
Pick Orders when required.
Dealing with customer enquiries via email, telephone, walk-ins etc – when required

Ideally, we are looking for:

Excellent customer service and strong administration skills.
Must have strong communication skills
A friendly, can-do attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Some working knowledge of the motor vehicle sector or automotive trade.
Experience working to performance targets.
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Knowledge of Autoline, Kerridge or Keyloop would be an advantage.
