Responsibilities

Supervise daily civil engineering activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety regulations.
Coordinate and manage civil teams upto 6 operatives, assigning tasks effectively to optimise productivity.
Monitor progress of civil works, report on milestones, and address any issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all operations.
Deliver high quality civil work(kerbing, drainage, hand-laid tarmac)
Plan and coordinate plant, materials and daily site activities.
Ensure compliance with RAMs and safe working practices.
Read and interpret utility fdrawings and plans.

Requirements

Proven experience in supervising civil engineering teams within large-scale projects.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project planning and scheduling.
Demonstrable supervising experience in a civil engineering environment.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to civil construction sites.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional seeking to contribute their expertise in a dynamic construction environment while advancing their management career within the civil engineering sector.

Pay: £37,175.00-£42,656.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bodmin
