PURPOSE
We are seeking a creative and skilled Multimedia Producer to support the planning, production, and delivery of high-quality video, audio, and visual design content. The role will primarily focus on supporting commercial client projects, helping create engaging content subject to their needs. This could include camera operation and video editing of promotional videos, designing artwork for social media and print assets, audio editing podcasts and radio programmes.
You will work across the full production lifecycle, from concept development through to final delivery, ensuring content is compelling, on-brand, and aligned with project objectives.
This role is primarily based at Camills Studio, in Veryan on The Roseland with the expectation to work on location when required. The right candidate should hold a full driving license and access to their own vehicle. Remote and homeworking is not suitable for this role.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
- Concept Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to support and develop creative concepts for video, design and audio projects.
- Pre-Production: Plan and coordinate aspects of pre-production, including scripting, logistics and equipment selection.
- Production: Lead and execute video shoots, ensuring professional lighting, sound recording, and camera operation. Create eye catching design content for web & print. Edit and mixdown audio productions such as podcasts and radio programmes.
- Post-Production: Oversee the editing process, including video, sound mixing, colour correction, and graphics integration and exports.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process, reviewing and refining content to meet client expectations.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing feedback.
- Technology Proficiency: Stay up to date with the latest video, audio and design production technologies and software.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other producers, content creators, editors and communication representative.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
ESSENTIAL
- Proven experience in multimedia production (video, audio, and design)
- Strong video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Audio production experience (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar)
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
- Understanding of social media platforms and content optimisation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Full driving license and access to your own vehicle
DESIRABLE
- Experience working on commercial or client-facing projects
- Knowledge of radio or broadcast production
- Motion graphics or animation skills (e.g., After Effects)
- Photography or filming expertise
