The Role

As a Paralegal within our Social Housing team, you will provide essential support to Legal Advisers across both contentious and non-contentious matters. You will gain valuable exposure to a varied caseload and play an integral role in ensuring the efficient delivery of legal services to our clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the management of case files and legal documentation
Drafting correspondence, court documents, and bundles
Undertaking legal research and preparing briefing notes
Liaising professionally with clients, external stakeholders, and third parties
Supporting housing litigation matters and advisory work as required
Maintaining accurate records and progressing matters in line with deadlines

About You

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who is keen to build a career within social housing law.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
The ability to manage competing priorities effectively
A professional and client-focused approach
Previous experience within a legal environment (desirable)
A law degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
An interest in social housing and the wider sector would be advantageous.
