Full job description

Salary: £25.01 – £26.01 per hour

Working hours: Part time

Closing date 29/06/2026 5:00 pm

Location: Truro

Do you bring energy to training, structure to sessions, and a genuine passion for developing young people? We’re looking for coaches who can make a real impact both on and off the pitch.

We’re currently recruiting:

Netball Coach 4.5 hours (Tue & Wed) – Truro
Basketball Coach 3 hours (Weds) – Truro
Rugby Coach (4.5 hours Tue & Wed) – Truro
Football Coach (4.5-6 hours weekly) – Truro
Football Coach (4.5 hours Tue & Wed) – Penwith

You’ll be delivering well-planned, engaging sessions and supporting fixtures and competitions, helping students to grow in confidence, ability and performance. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, high-performing environment where every player can develop their technical, physical and mental game.

We’re looking for people who can lead by example, organised, motivating, and able to bring out the best in a team, while working collaboratively with colleagues across the College.

Salary: £25.01 – £26.01 per hour
