Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Keyholder Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, overseeing daily activities, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in retail, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career progression within a vibrant environment that values professionalism and dedication. The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining high standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards
Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Oversee cooking processes, maintaining consistency and quality
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all areas of the establishment
Manage stock levels, assist with food rotation, and coordinate with staff to meet service demands
Serve customers when required, providing excellent hospitality and service experience
Train new staff members on operational procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly
Assist in opening or closing the premises as designated in rota schedules

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a retail environment
Previous team management experience demonstrating leadership capabilities

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding service while leading a dedicated team. We welcome applicants who are organised, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety within our establishment.

This is a seasonal vacancy within a holiday park environment, in an independently run shop. Over18s only due to nature of the work and selling of age restricted products.

Pay: £10.50-£13.00 per hour
