The Role

This is a proactive, high-energy sales role focused on generating new business opportunities and developing long-term customer relationships.

You'll be responsible for building your own desk from scratch, identifying opportunities, creating relationships with decision-makers, and growing your own portfolio of clients.

Your primary focus will be selling:

Printers
Ink & Toner Supplies
Office Furniture Solution

You'll spend a large proportion of your day cold calling, building a pipeline, speaking with prospective customers, generating opportunities, booking appointments, producing quotations, and closing business.

This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career as a Junior Sales Executive, who enjoys being busy, thrives on sales activity, and understands that success comes from consistency, effort, and persistence.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound prospecting and cold calling
Build and manage your own customer portfolio
Develop relationships with key decision-makers
Identify opportunities to cross-sell furniture solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Work towards and achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Work closely with colleagues to maximise opportunities across the business

No previous sales experience required – full training will be provided
A positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
A willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges
Strong work ethic, determination and a genuine desire to succeed
A proactive approach and the ability to stay motivated and consistent
Comfortable working towards targets and being part of a team
