We are the largest independent multi-Manufacturer Camera Repair & Calibration service in the United Kingdom, respected by some of the world’s leading electrical brands for our dedication, commitment, and passion. Through this recognition, we have come to form strong and lasting partnerships with manufacturers and retailers such as Panasonic, Sony, LG, Samsung, and many others.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer phone calls, emails, serving on the shop counter and dealing with other enquiries
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Logistics / dispatch of small parcels Royal Mail - DPD
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficient telephone manner
- Customer service or customer support experience
