Full job description

Are you an enthusiastic and committed person and do you want a job where no two days are the same? Then being part of the Facilities team could be the job for you.

As part of the Facilities Team, you will be a vital member overseeing one of our office sites in Lewes which is occupied by various organisations. This will include reception work, security of the building and undertaking compliance and Health & Safety checks. You will also assist in minor maintenance, as well as supporting contractor access, waste disposal, testing of fire alarms, reporting building faults and many more; key issues which form the foundations of Facilities Management.

We are looking for candidates who:

Have experience of Facilities Management
Can apply themselves to our customer service delivery
Can prioritise their work dependant on need and react swiftly to occurring issues
Have an understanding of Health & Safety requirements
