We are seeking an experienced Nightshift Production Supervisor four nights per week to oversee manufacturing operations during the overnight shift. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff during the night shift, ensuring adherence to operational plans and safety protocols.
- Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the production cycle, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Operate machinery with full training given
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Promote a culture of safety, conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and develop team members in process procedures, quality standards, and safety practices.Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and techniques.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities during night shifts.
- Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills to motivate and guide teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail.
