Full job description

This is not a typical Social Media & Marketing job..

At E6 Creative, we're a performance-driven, full-service marketing agency working with leading, premium brands across a range of industries.

We don't chase vanity metrics.. we create marketing that drives results.

We're looking for someone who can own both the social media and wider marketing activity across multiple client accounts.

Someone who can strategise, take responsibility, and execute at a high level.

The role

You'll be managing and executing social media strategies across multiple client accounts, dealing directly with client portfolio to plan and schedule marketing activity and social content ahead of time, delivering email marketing campaigns from concept through to send.

Supporting and running campaigns, launches as well as project managing website and all design elements for our premium client list. Fully supported by our photography, filmmaking, web and in-house design team, you'll be expected to confidently execute all areas of marketing directly with your clients.

What we expect (non-negotiables)

You take full ownership of your accounts, clients and deliverables.

You are organised, proactive, a strong communicator and love to be ahead of schedule. You understand marketing as a whole and how each area links from social media output right through to conversion. You can manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously while thriving off operating well in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

This role is not for you if...

You only want to "do social media", you struggle with deadlines or organisation or you need constant tasking and it's also not for you if you're looking for low pressure.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in marketing and/or social media management is essential.

A strong track record of strategy and project management.

Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write diverse copy and captions tailored to different audiences.

Confident using analytics platforms to inform strategic decisions.

A creative eye for visual content and brand consistency.

Familiarity with social media management tools is desirable. Prior agency or fast-paced environment experience is a strong advantage.

Salary & progression

Starting salary £30,000 – £40,000 based on experience, with clear progression to £45,000 and onwards, based on performance.
