Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Milling Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our growing team in Bideford. You will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components. This role suits someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working in a positive, well-organised environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Program, Set and operate CNC Milling machines
Manufacture precision components to tight tolerances
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Carry out quality checks and maintain production documentation
Support continuous improvement and problem-solving activities
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

Experience :

Experience with Hurco, XYZ, or siemens controls (Highly Desirable)
Completed a full engineering apprenticeship in machining or equivelant experience
Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling and materials
Ability to work independently and as a part of a close-knit team
Good communication skills and a proactive approach
