Sales Consultant - 40hrs - Cribbs John Lewis

Hush is an ambitious and distinctive fashion brand, with plans to double the business over the next few years. Founded 21 years ago, we are now established as one of the UK’s leading online fashion retailers. We employ around 130 employees across head office and retail, creating and selling a beautiful range of women’s clothing and accessories characterised by an elegant simplicity and laidback sense of style. The Role:

We are looking for a talented sales consultant with an innate sense of style and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service to join our concession in John Lewis, Cribbs.

Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you will ensure an exceptional, on-brand customer experience, driving sales through excellent customer service and maintaining visual standards.

You will engage customers with your welcoming approach, showcasing your passion and knowledge for Hush products. As a motivated individual, you will prioritise achieving KPIs and collaborating effectively within the team.

Please note all contracts will require some weekend working.

The Responsibilities:

Ensure all operations are completed to a high standard, creating a functional trading environment.
Implement floor updates with authorisation from the Senior Visual Merchandiser and share best practice images.
Confidently build and manage effective relationships with Hush customers.
Meet sales targets and hold accountability for achieving them.
Support Hush colleagues & our external partners, to ensure high store performance.
Highlight stock needs and commercial actions regularly to your line manager.

The Person

Available to work 40 hours per week, covering various shift patterns Mon-Sun.
1+ years of fashion retail experience within a similar environment.
Dedicated to providing exceptional service.
Interest in and knowledge of the fashion industry.
Reliable and eager to succeed.
Enthusiastic and able to set a positive example for colleagues.
Flexible and willing to work shift patterns that suit business needs.
