Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Assistant or Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design and development of residential projects, working closely with the Director. The ideal candidate is self motivated and can lead their own tasks, time management and projects.

The ideal candidate is able to work within a small team but also able to run their own projects and manage their own time to complete tasks and keep projects within projected timelines.
Duties
- Preparation of architectural designs, plans, and drawings using Revit.
- Must be profecient in revit!
- Ability to use Enscape plugin for revit is a bonus
- Past experience with Monday.com is also a bonus
- Collaborate with team to develop project concepts and specifications.
- Participate in project management tasks, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Prepare presentations and visualisations using Revit.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies relevant to architecture.
Requirements
- Part II Architecture degree or Part lll Architect is essential (or oversees equivalent)
- Proficiency in Revit. Understanding of Monday.com and Google suite is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
- Excellent language skills
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for building innovative designs.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
- Must have previous experience working on residential projects in the UK

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
