The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Residential Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal at our Frinton office. Duties include, but are not limited to: -
* Ordering documents from HMLR and support of issuing draft contract packs
* Reviewing Client AML & ID Documents
* Dealing with Property Searches
* Dealing with Mortgage Offers
* Dealing with Sale transaction enquiries
* Exchanging Contracts
* Setting matters up for Completion including Completion Statements and Bills
* Stamp Duty Returns
* Updating Estate Agents, Brokers and clients when necessary
* General support to your Fee Earner/Case Handler
* Working as part of a team
