About Us
At Blisters Ltd, we are a proud second-generation, family-owned contract packing and assembly company. We specialise purely in high-quality and bespoke assembly services for our B2B partners. We pride ourselves on our meticulous production standards and are looking for a dedicated Traceability Officer to help maintain our rigorous compliance and quality control processes on the production floor.
The Role
As our Traceability Officer, you will be the linchpin of our compliance and stock accuracy. A major part of this role involves taking ownership of our bespoke Google Sheets-based tracking system, O.S.C.A.R. You will ensure that every stage of our contract packing process is accurately tracked, recorded, and compliant with industry standards, while also supporting the wider team.

- Accurately book in stock and packaging components upon arrival, maintaining a meticulous eye for detail.
- Manipulate and adapt the O.S.C.A.R. system to seamlessly match the variables of incoming goods and new assembly lines.
- Audit and counter-check data entered by all production operatives, resolving discrepancies and generating regular compliance reports.
- Generate and print precise pallet labels immediately after stock has been processed into the system.
- Assist in training all production operatives on the correct and efficient use of the O.S.C.A.R. system.
- Communicate proactively with Team Leaders, QA, and the Warehouse regarding all matters of traceability and compliance.
- Provide essential administrative cover for our Account Managers when they are off-site or on annual leave.
- Troubleshoot minor data entry errors and maintain the overall integrity of our custom Google Sheets tracking tools.
- Champion a culture of "right-first time" data entry across the production floor
