About the Role
We’re looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Executive with proven digital and ecommerce experience to take ownership of PRIMA Leisure’s online performance across multiple websites and a growing product catalogue. This is a handson role with real influence, ideal for someone who wants to make a visible commercial impact.
As Ecommerce Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in delivering PRIMA Leisure and Bailey Caravans’ group digital strategy by driving highperforming, conversionfocused activity across the full customer journey.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimise ecommerce performance across PRIMA Leisure websites, improve conversion rates, basket value, and customer retention
- Maintain and enhance a large online product catalogue, ensuring products are accurate, engaging, and easy to purchase
- Support digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, CRM, email marketing, and paid social
- Analyse ecommerce and campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Assist with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Ensure all digital content aligns with brand guidelines and commercial objectives
Your Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in ecommerce and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, CRM, email marketing, and ecommerce best practice
- Experience managing online product catalogues and digital content
- Analytical mindset with confidence using performance data and reporting tools
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre, Meta Ads, and ecommerce platforms
- HubSpot experience desirable
- Understanding of GDPR and data governance best practice
