Shift Pattern: Full-time | 5 days per week | Friday-Tuesday (Wednesday & Thursday off) | 7:30am-3:30pm

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Front of House Barista to join our team at Taylor’s Bagels.
At Taylor’s, we care about great coffee, great food, and creating welcoming spaces that customers genuinely enjoy spending time in. As part of our front of house team, you’ll play a huge role in shaping that experience; serving customers, making coffee, and helping keep service running smoothly day to day.
The Role
This role suits someone who is fast-paced, reliable, friendly, and able to stay calm under pressure during busy services. It is a hands-on and customer-facing job, with a mixture of coffee making, food service, delivery management, and day-to-day café operations.
Duties include:
- Making consistently high-quality coffee and drinks
- Delivering fast, friendly customer service during busy periods
- Taking customer orders and handling payments accurately
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen team during service
- Packaging customer and delivery orders accurately and efficiently
- Handing over Uber Eats and Deliveroo orders correctly to drivers
- Managing customer flow and keeping service running smoothly
- Receiving and putting away deliveries when required
- Keeping the cafe clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout the day
- Supporting the wider team during busy services and quieter prep periods
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards at all times

- Have previous café, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Have barista experience and feel confident working on a coffee machine
- Are friendly, reliable, and positive
- Stay calm under pressure during busy periods

- Are available to work weekends
