We combine deep knowledge of the industry and its challenges with technology and vendor platform capability, operations expertise and delivery excellence in order to support our clients through the full transformation lifecycle; centered around the core of their business and enabled by technology.
Real Estate is a key growth area within our Investment Management & Wealth (IM&W) practice, we are looking for people to join our team with experience of working in or advising Real Estate firms transform their business. Our clients include Real Estate Investment Managers, Developer/Operators and Housebuilders.

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant in our team, you will work as part of a team of Real Estate industry specialists in our practice and have the opportunity to:

Leverage your industry knowledge and network to become a leading expert in the UK Real Estate market.

Focus on the delivery of client work that will successfully fulfil and exceed client expectations and deliver engagement and programme objectives.

Actively participate in, and contribute to, the development of the Real Estate practice team, including supporting proposition development and thought leadership.

Connect to your skills and professional experience
- Experience working in the Real Estate sector, either working on transformation or change initiatives within a Real Estate firm, or a Consulting firm advising Real Estate clients. We are particularly interested in experience with Real Estate Developer / Operators, Investors and/or Housebuilders

Experience driving change and transforming operating models across the Real Estate lifecycle. We are particularly interested in expertise in core business functions (e.g. Finance, Procurement, etc), Property / Investment Management operations, and Technology / Data / AI.
- Experience in key Real Estate Investment Management technology would be beneficial but not essential (for example: Yardi, MRI, Yavica, Realplace, Juniper Square, etc)

A track record of designing and delivering transformational change across multiple functions of a Real Estate firm (essential if not coming from a Consulting background)

Proven ability to work in a team to deliver projects

Experience working with client stakeholders to drive delivery of projects and solve problems.

Have an understanding of risk, how to mitigate risk and protect the firm’s reputation.

Experience in supporting business development activity

Have a “can do” attitude with a real willingness to learn and participate.

Personal independence
Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
