Full job description

Join our Team!

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team. Supporting the Head of Creative and working closely with the creative team, you’ll play a key role in delivering best-in-class photoshoots and catalogue production.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same, from coordinating shoot logistics to supporting catalogue production and managing samples. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and love bringing creative projects together, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

Photoshoot coordination & planning:

Support the Head of Creative in coordinating all logistics for photoshoots
Arrange bookings for models, travel, accommodation and catering amongst other things
Ensure all shoot elements are delivered seamlessly in line with agreed plans
Maintain up-to-date contracts for models and location hires
Creation of call sheets detailing agendas for photoshoots

Pre-shoot & catalogue support:

Collaborate with the Catalogue Coordinator on planning activities
Help create garment lists, identify props and accessories, and track sample requirements
Support the preparation and organisation of all shoot assets
Organising samples and swatches for retouching
Involvement in still life photography

Administrative support:

Assist in managing expenses and reporting of budget spend
Support catalogue sales reviews and performance analysis
Cross-team collaboration
Work closely with Buying and Merchandising teams to manage samples and admin tasks
Assist with day-to-day administrative duties across the wider team

Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Confident communicator who works well across teams
Comfortable working with data, reports and admin processes
Proactive and solutions-focused with a “can-do” attitude
