As a Senior Account Executive within our Mid-Market team, you won't just be closing deals; you will be acting as a trusted consultant to businesses navigating complex challenges, leveraging a sophisticated SaaS solution to drive genuine value. While this role can be home-based, regular travel to our Manchester Spinningfields office will be required, along with additional travel for client meetings and events as needed.
Applicants should therefore be located within reasonable commuting distance of Manchester, ideally across the North West, West Yorkshire, or North Midlands regions.
Key outcomes (First 12 months)
Proven SaaS Closing Excellence: A demonstrable track record of owning and closing B2B SaaS solution sales within the mid-market space.
Commercial Drive & Accountability: Experience successfully carrying and delivering on an individual revenue/ARR target, with a natural ownership mindset over your pipeline.
Consultative & Curious Discovery: Ability to unpick complex business workflows, challenge the status quo, and map software solutions to executive-level pain points.
High Fast-Paced Agility: Comfort navigating rapid organisational growth and shifting market dynamics with a self-starter attitude.
Existing networks or experience selling into our specific target vertical.
A strong toolkit of modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN) that you can share with the wider team.
Experience working effectively in a remote-first environment, staying highly connected via tools like Teams, Hubspot, and GongAI.
