Marketing Manager
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum

Moda Bandidos, established in 2017, is an ambitious and growing men's clothing brand. We design and sell directly to customers through our own online store, while also supplying our collections to retailers across the UK. With continued plans for growth both nationally and internationally, we are now looking for a creative, proactive and commercially minded Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing activity and play a key role in driving the next stage of the business.
Working closely with the company directors and senior team, you'll be involved in every aspect of marketing, from planning campaigns and creating engaging content to supporting our retail partners and developing new ideas to increase brand awareness and sales. Marketing Strategy & Brand
- Support the continued development and delivery of the company's marketing strategy across all channels.
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, email marketing, website and print.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and sales.
- Ensure all marketing activity is consistent with the company's brand identity and visual aesthetic.
- Monitor campaign performance and support ongoing improvements and optimisation.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and new marketing opportunities.
Digital Marketing
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Plan and schedule content calendars to maximise engagement and reach.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to support product launches and promotions.
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring products, imagery and campaigns are accurate and engaging.
- Support general digital marketing activity to drive traffic and increase online sales.
Content Creation
- Plan and coordinate product and lifestyle photo shoots, including organising models, locations and equipment.
- Create engaging photography, video and written content for use across social media, email and the website.
- Produce seasonal product catalogues, brochures and marketing materials.
- Work with external photographers, designers and suppliers where required.
Wholesale & Retail Support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
- Support retailers with marketing materials and promotional activity to maximise brand presence and sales.
- Help ensure brand standards are maintained across retail partner stores.
- Assist with product launches, catalogues and promotional campaigns for retailers.
- Support communication with retail partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Business Growth
- Work closely with the directors to support the continued growth of Moda Bandidos across the UK and internationally.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to grow existing retail relationships and develop new wholesale partnerships.
- Attend meetings, trade shows and promotional events where required.
- A sales background would be beneficial but is not essential.
About You
- Previous experience in a marketing role.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, email marketing and website management.
- Proficient in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar platforms.
- Creative with a strong eye for branding, design and visual presentation.
- Confident creating engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-growing business environment.
- Experience within fashion, clothing or retail is desirable but not essential.
