About the Role
We have an excellent opportunity for a Wellbeing Mentor Team Leader at Leicester College. The role will require the individual to manage a team of Wellbeing Mentors providing a supportive approach day to day, regular supervision and yearly appraisals, as well as working closely with the Wellbeing Manager.
This role will entail working with the team, supporting the Wellbeing Manager with projects and new developments to the already established wellbeing offer.
About You
The successful candidate will require extensive experience in Mentoring as they will hold a cohort of students for ongoing practice within this role. They will understand the role of safeguarding in education and hold the skills to support the team when working with students with safeguarding and /or complex support needs.
You will have:

Level 2 Maths and English or the equivalent e.g. GCSE grade C or above, GCSE grade 4 or above
- Level 3 Vocational Qualification or equivalent
