Role: Administrator
Type: Full time (Part-time may be considered).
Location: Hybrid. Remote working 2-3 days and West Bridgford office 1-2 days a week.
Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Qualifications: Not necessary but any applicable qualifications advantageous
Salary: Dependent on experience.

Responsibilities
Dealing with office daily tasks: Setting up meeting rooms, greeting clients, managing the incoming and outgoing post, printing reports and documents as required by Financial Planners.
Supporting clients: Creating comprehensive correspondence and answering client administrative queries via email or telephone ensuring they have a reliable point of contact.
Maintain accurate client information: Inputting new client details on CRM andkeeping it up to date with client information to ensure the team have access to reliable data.
Processing financial transactions on provider platforms: Putting the client advice into action at the final stage of the client journey. Ensuring accurate submissions, checking and regular communication to the client and team with updates.
Collaboration: Working closely with a pod of 2-3 Financial Planners and Paraplanners providing administrative support. Preparing review information ready for Paraplanners to create advice reports. Collating processes and paperwork ahead of advice meetings and setting up CRM transaction records for Paraplanners.
