Project Coordinator Apprentice (Stores & Logistics)

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and motivated Project Coordinator Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a long-term career within project coordination, logistics, and fire & Security support.

You will work closely with both our project and engineering teams, gaining hands-on experience across stores management, logistics coordination, administration, and project support duties in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

The Role

As a Project Coordinator Apprentice, you will support the day-to-day operations of the business through a varied role that combines stores, logistics, and administrative responsibilities.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

Managing stock and handling goods in/out
Organising and maintaining the stores area
Preparing equipment and materials for engineers
Assisting with project scheduling and coordination
Supporting the completion of RAMS and project documentation
Updating records, paperwork, and internal systems
Communicating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with excellent time-management skills
Detail-focused, especially when handling paperwork and documentation
Eager to learn and develop within a varied role
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Confident using basic IT systems including Microsoft Office, emails, and data entry

Desirable (but not essential)

Full UK driving licence
Previous stores or warehouse experience
