Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled <PERSON> to join our culinary team. This role involves preparing high-quality food products in a fast-paced environment, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, and contributing to the overall dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent organisational skills, and experience in various aspects of food preparation. Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to specified recipes and standards
Assist in food production processes, including butchery, garnishing, and portioning
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with health and safety regulations
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation
Support team members in completing daily tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Follow strict food safety protocols at all times, including proper storage and handling of ingredients
Contribute to menu development by providing input based on culinary experience and creativity

Requirements

Proven experience in food production, culinary roles, or restaurant environments
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene
Skills in food preparation, including butchery and general cooking techniques
Previous experience working with food safety regulations and procedures
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Relevant culinary or kitchen experience is highly desirable; prior restaurant experience is advantageous
