Job Overview

Join our dynamic Drainage Squad and become a vital part of maintaining and improving our infrastructure! In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and installing drainage systems to ensure efficient water flow and prevent flooding. Your expertise will help keep communities safe and resilient against weather challenges. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with a variety of tools and machinery, making a real impact in the field of civil maintenance and infrastructure development.

Duties

Operate heavy machinery such as excavators to dig trenches, and install drainage pipes
Use hand tools and power tools to repair or replace damaged drainage components
Conduct inspections of existing drainage systems to identify issues or potential
Proven experience operating excavators and other heavy machinery in construction or maintenance environments
Proficient with hand tools (such as shovels,and power tools (drills, saws) used in drainage work
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
